3. Liquidation and Deregistration

4. Address Registration (Including Letter Reception Service)
Clients can use our business address for company registration and reception of mail. By doing so, the client only need to pay HK$600 instead of the expensive office rent.
In Hong Kong, all Hong Kong Limited Company must register for the Annual Return in Company Registry annually. There is a penalty counts per day towards those who register lately. As the process of registering is quite complicated for many companies in Hong Kong, we can help to ease these difficulties. We will prepare all documents and arrange for the clients. This service charge differently towards different companies as it depends on the situation of the company itself (The government charge is different for different companies).
